I am Seiyed Ahamed, a CAD Drafting, BIM, 3D Visualization, and Technical Drawing professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting architectural, structural, MEP, interior, industrial, infrastructure, and fabrication projects.
My experience covers the preparation of construction drawings, shop drawings, detailed sections, elevations, as-built documentation, coordinated MEP layouts, structural drawings, BIM models, fabrication drawings, quantity take-offs, and visual presentations.
I work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to transform design concepts and technical requirements into accurate, coordinated, and practical project documentation.
Professional Summary
Throughout my career, I have worked across architectural design, structural drafting, MEP coordination, interior fit-out, property development, hydropower, road infrastructure, industrial facilities, and manufacturing projects.
In my current role as a Project Coordinator, I support management through technical and techno-commercial evaluations, drawing coordination, RFQs, cost tracking, scheduling, document control, site monitoring, and contractor coordination. I also review and update supplier, consultant, civil, structural, MEP, machinery, and plant infrastructure drawings.
My combination of drafting, design, documentation, and project coordination experience enables me to understand both the technical requirements of drawings and their practical application during construction, fabrication, installation, and project execution.
